    About CACJ
    CACJ Foundation provides educational grants to deserving members, other practitioners and organizations, and students to support criminal justice work and promote awareness of criminal justice issues.

    Article XIX- CACJ Bylaws

    The Corporation shall provide for the establishment and maitenance of a charitable organization to be known as California Attorneys for Criminal Justice Foundation ("Foundation").

    The Foundation may use the name of the corporation for as long as it carries out charitable and educational activities which are consistant with the goals and purposes of the corporation.

    The Foundation shall have one class of members, which shall consist solely of the immediate Past President of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and four others selected by him/her.
